  9. You have a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with new and traditional partners.
  10. You have proven yourself as a proactive business developer, with the ability to coach to outbound calls, developing centers of influence, and referral business.
  11. Post-secondary education in a related discipline with 5 or more years of management and/or related industry experience.
  12. Investment Dealer Supervisors Course (IDSC) to be completed within 12 months of start date.
  13. Wealth Management Essentials (WME) to be completed within 30 months of start date.
