Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
