SUNDER BUILDING SUPPLIES is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask. They will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, performing data entry, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

The Office Administrator will work under pressure and be able to manage their time effectively. They will also be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have a permanent contract and will work 35 hours per week. They will be required to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong ability to multitask.
