Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BMO. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate marketing activities, including website and social media initiatives, to promote our advisory team and services.
- Assist with client meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing materials.
- Handle client inquiries and requests, including basic money movement and account opening.
- Generate reports and documents for Investment Advisors and clients as requested.
- Maintain and organize client database and files.
- Ensure transactions and tasks are assigned to team members and completed.
- Provide technical support to team members and clients.
- Gather and distribute information on updates to training, guidelines, and technology.
- Develop rapport with clients to promote a positive experience.
- Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard client assets and maintain confidentiality.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of wealth management company operations and technology applications.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam within 18 months.
- Basic specialized knowledge and good verbal and written communication skills.
BMO offers a competitive salary range of $32,700 to $48,600, with a potential monthly discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
