Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at A&W.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
