Food Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Taj Grace of India Restaurant Ltd. as a Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
- Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with physically demanding tasks and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and have good time management skills.
