Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, including scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing routine office functions.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
