About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management: Assist in scheduling and managing the workflow of our pharmacy, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that our pharmacy is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring that our pharmacy has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patients and healthcare professionals, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage and maintain our pharmacy's records and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
