Job Title: Chief Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Buyer to join our team at Paraffin Store Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality merchandise for resale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Inventory Management: Review requirements and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for procurement activities.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in database software, spreadsheet, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
