At Canada Inc. (Platinum Events), we are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations. Your duties will include sending and receiving messages, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, preparing and formatting page presentations, compiling data, statistics, and other information, preparing invoices and bank deposits, providing general information to clients and the public, photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, performing data entry, providing customer service, filing material in storage areas, labeling files according to retention and disposal schedules, labeling, filing, and retrieving documents, locating and removing files requested, organizing and scheduling office work, preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.

Our ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. They will also have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail. The successful candidate will be able to work 40 to 50 hours per week and have a dental plan, permanent employment, and work in English.
