About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Haliburton Highlands Health Services. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation, ensuring optimal recovery and improved quality of life.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
