About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and diversifying your customer portfolio, building meaningful relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Field Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales, retail, or account management experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
