Key Responsibilities- Carry out work studies to optimize production processes
- Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality products
- Oversee production to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production
- Design plant layouts and production facilities to improve efficiency
- Conduct work measurement or other studies to identify areas for improvement
- Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making
- Collect and analyze data and samples to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to inform decision-making
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements
- 5 years or more of experience in plastics manufacturing
- Permanent employment
- Fluency in English
- 40 hours per week
