Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out work studies to optimize production processes
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality products
  • Oversee production to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production
  • Design plant layouts and production facilities to improve efficiency
  • Conduct work measurement or other studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to inform decision-making
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in plastics manufacturing
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluency in English
  • 40 hours per week
