Job Summary

Austin Powder Ltd. is seeking a skilled Explosives Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive specialized trucks to transport bulk liquids and hazardous materials
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle condition
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate and secure transportation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize routes and schedules
Requirements
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
