Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Touchdown Canada Immigration. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a filing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure timely communication with staff and clients.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
