Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organization's operational strategy and direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in a similar role. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, travel internationally, and have a strong understanding of budgetary responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of more than 20 people and will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. The language of work is English.
