About the Role

OpenTable, a leading provider of online restaurant reservations and management solutions, is seeking a talented B2B Copywriter to join its growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling content for B2B audiences, with a focus on SaaS products and services.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop clear and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, social media, and paid ads.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and buyer personas, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and persuasive copy for various marketing materials
  • Create, edit, and proofread copy and content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and touchpoints
  • Optimize copy for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to digital properties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and buyer personas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize among competing priorities and set expectations across teams
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of B2B SaaS-focused copywriting samples
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with or in restaurants is a plus
