  • Create and use systems for follow-up of customer pay and warranty labor.
  • Establish and maintain customer follow and record systems.
  • Be familiar with and operate an automated control system.
  • File completed repair orders within 48 hours and respond quickly to customer concerns.
  • Complete campaigns in a timely fashion and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain effective inter-department relationships and develop systems for 100% review of check lists.
  • Handle service department responsibilities for delivery and work with the sales department to generate new and used car sales.
