About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a leadership role in our kitchen. As Executive Chef and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Benefits
