Sales Team Lead

- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Authorize payments and returns, maintaining accurate records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
