About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at NOOR CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train workers to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare bids and estimates for projects to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Cost Control: Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and tools to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure project completion.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
