Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cost Control: Estimate costs and materials, and monitor project expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
