About the Role

Akal Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Task Management: Plan, coordinate, and schedule construction activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to construction workers and subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support construction activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
