Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our Medi-Center Pharmacy location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective drug therapy, contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement, and achieving departmental excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, and workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and vaccine administration
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information
- Supervise a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Saskatchewan
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial abilities and a willingness to grow the business
