Responsibilities

As a Clinical Healthcare Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Medication Management Services: Work closely with patients to develop personalized medication plans, ensuring they receive optimal care and support.
  • Administering Vaccinations: Provide vaccinations to patients, promoting public health and preventing the spread of diseases.
  • Maintaining Inventory: Ensure that our pharmacy's inventory is accurately managed, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Staying Current with Industry Developments: Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in pharmacy practice, enabling you to provide innovative solutions to our patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training when required.
