Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to fill the role of Clinical Services Coordinator at our Medi-Center Pharmacy in Prince Albert, SK.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on clinical services including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information.
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy.
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information.
  • Recommend over-the-counter products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge or clinical analysis.
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy.
  • Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration.
