This clinic-style pharmacy is situated within a large medical building with over 20 healthcare professionals, offering a unique opportunity for collaboration and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of pharmacists and assistants to provide safe and effective drug therapy
- Develop and implement clinical services, such as medication reviews and disease state management
- Supervise pharmacy students and provisional pharmacists
- Collaborate with front-store staff to enhance patient care
- Monitor medication adherence and recommend OTC products and vitamins
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Saskatchewan
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred)
