Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all sales areas are adequately staffed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all sales associates are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all products are available for sale.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure that all sales areas are operating efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
