Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mountainview Food & Fuel. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
