Retail Store Manager

Mountainview Food & Fuel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns, ensuring a fair and customer-centric approach.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services to drive sales growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage and maintain our store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Parking: Available on site.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
