Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at JD Property Canada Corp.

Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide information or services to employees
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements for job openings
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and reliable with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
