Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Webooook Information Technology Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidate inventories, and advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources.
  • Provide guidance on employment requirements and terms and conditions to job applicants.
  • Coordinate the selection and examination process, and notify applicants of results.
  • Advise managers on staffing policies and procedures, and provide support for staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Regular travel may be required to attend recruitment events and meetings.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Hours:
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
