Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Webooook Information Technology Limited. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring process for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Selection and Examination Boards: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of the selection process, and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language
