We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, ERP to lead our ERP team and drive the success of our enterprise technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an ERP team consisting of internal and external resources, working directly with business executives and IS/IT leadership to define long-term enterprise technology strategies and roadmap.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the ERP platforms in scope, including a roadmap to consolidate the number of ERP platforms in use today.
- Act as the systems advocate for the design and build of solutions that promote agility, business capability, operability, and efficiency.
- Manage the prioritization and mitigation of all risks related to the ongoing operation of the application and deployment of new changes.
- Manage projects involving the ERP platforms in scope using a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience as an Application/Solution Architect, and managing ERP teams consisting of Functional, programmers, and administrators.
- 10+ years of experience in a multi-location, global environment.
- PMP certification and MBA will be considered an asset.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other business-related field is preferred.
