Job Title: Senior Manager, ERP

Description

The IKO Global IT department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, ERP to lead our ERP team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the ERP team, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the ERP team to achieve operational and development goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business executives and IS/IT leadership to define long-term enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business operations, systems, and executives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for application support and related activities.
  • Manage the prioritization and mitigation of all risks related to the ongoing operation of the application and deployment of new changes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as an Application/Solution Architect and managing ERP teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in a multi-location, global environment.
  • PMP certification and MBA will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other business-related field is preferred.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships at the Executive level.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Work Authorizations and Travel:
  • Some travel to Europe and across North America.
