Veterinarian Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director Veterinarian to join our team at Bedford Parks Animal Hospital. As a Medical Director Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, coaching and mentoring our team members, and fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional client service.
About the OpportunityThe ideal candidate for this role will be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about building a strong team that aligns with our values. You will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and coaching to our team members
- Develop and implement protocols to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
- Foster a culture of teamwork and exceptional client service
- Partner with hospital leadership to assess financial performance and operations
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of veterinarians and technologists/technicians
- Contribute to performance evaluations and lead coaching sessions for all team members
