Veterinarian Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director Veterinarian to join our team at Bedford Parks Animal Hospital. As a Medical Director Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, coaching and mentoring our team members, and fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional client service.
About the OpportunityThe ideal candidate for this role will be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about building a strong team that aligns with our values. You will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and experience in leading medical teams. You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing protocols, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional client service, and partnering with hospital leadership to assess financial performance and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and coaching to our team members
- Review and enhance protocols to ensure optimal patient care
- Foster a culture of teamwork and exceptional client service
- Partner with hospital leadership to assess financial performance and operations
- Engage in recruiting efforts for qualified veterinarians
- Work with leadership to build and lead a high-performing team of veterinarians and technologists/technicians
- Dedication to promoting team-based medicine practices
