Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our Finance Operations team in Sherbrooke, Quebec. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
- Facilities Management: Assist with facilities operations, including leasehold improvements, lease renewals, and planned moves.
- Reception Duties: Perform reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, managing mail and courier, and booking appointments.
- Data Analysis: Complete regional reporting requests and data analysis.
- Initiatives and Projects: Coordinate and execute regional initiatives, including seminars, client forums, and professional development days.
- Education: Community college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: Three+ years' experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably in a financial services company.
- Skills: Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and good understanding of current corporate applications.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
