As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and coordinating office services
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
* Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
* Experience with inventory control software and electronic scheduler
