Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Knowledge of accessible and inclusive recruitment policies.
