Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Touchmark at Wedgewood, Edmonton's leading full-service senior living community.

As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, family members, staff members, and visitors. Your warm and friendly personality, combined with strong communication and customer service skills, will make you an asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, Standard First Aid Certification, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment. You will be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as stay calm in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling resident requests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
