Administrative Officer Job Description

Linda Yu Realty P.c. Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Client Support: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants and perform reception and clerical duties.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic mail and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
