About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Fonseca Household. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of clients by monitoring their environment and responding to any emergencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
