Key Responsibilities- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
