About the Role:

  • Develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewal and new business, working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze client risk exposure and tailor proposals to meet specific needs, providing expert advice to enhance existing services and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate with Underwriters to secure competitive pricing and optimal terms for clients, leveraging strong relationships within the underwriting community.
  • IDentify opportunities to enhance client experience through innovative service offerings, while maintaining excellent relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to junior Brokers and colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial insurance marketing/broking experience, with a strong background in public sector risk management.
  • Broker license required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Package essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and insurers alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
