Albert Bow is a high-frequency focused prop trading firm operating in the global cryptocurrency market, with offices in New York and Hong Kong.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Trader to join our Arbitrage team, covering the US timezone to ensure 24/7 trading across the organisation. This role requires covering the US timezone while working remotely from Canada, South America, or Europe. The successful candidate will report directly to one of our senior traders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with key exchange counterparts on margin requirements, coin borrows, trade breaks, and market making requirements.
• Support other internal and external clients' execution needs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with trading, middle office, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate trade booking, reconciliation between front and back office systems, and data analysis.
• Assist in the research and development of new trading strategies and participate in idea generation, trading strategy formulation, back-testing, and implementation.
• Monitor and analyse live trading programs, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and experience in high frequency trading and/or derivatives markets.
• Extensive expertise using Python/C++ in combination with various data technologies, including Excel.
• Knowledge and experience in mathematical modelling of big data, data mining, and machine learning is a plus.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Location:** Remote work from Canada, South America, or Europe.
