LIFTEX EQUIPMENT RENTALS INC. is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our heavy duty equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
  • Service attachments and working tools

As a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that all equipment is returned to service in a safe and efficient manner.
