Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide product information, and escalate complex issues to senior technical support specialists.

Qualifications:
