As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales and/or call center customer service environment, you will be well-equipped to meet and exceed call center goals for customer service standards, sales goals, call duration and other objectives. Your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will also be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent problem management skills, computer skills, and familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom. You will also be able to work effectively in a home environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive customer information.
