Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Tedcons Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
